Sahara Living - Dubai Industrial City

Sahara Living is a compound of 84 villas located in Dubai Industrial City, close to the new International Al Maktoum Airport.

Best Prime, acting as Client’s Representative, assisted the Developer in restarting the construction at site after more than 2 years of stoppage. In close cooperation with the consultant Dimensions Engineering Consultants and the main contractor Dubai Walls, we managed to redefine a new program of works in order to meet the cash flow of the project and give the purchasers more confidence in the completion and handing over of their houses.

We also optimized the finishing selection by choosing new materials and preparing different mock up villas to better meet the style of the project and the taste of the clients.
