Classic Soccer Tower - Sports City Dubai

Located in Dubai Sport City, Classic Soccer Tower is a 14 floors residential building made of 248 units and a gross area of 191,190 Sq.ft

The project was stuck since 2012 and under cancellation at the Dubai Land Department.

We managed to reactivate the project at the beginning of 2014 by founding an investor who injected the money needed to restart the construction.

We arranged all the steps with the consultant Next Engineering Consultants, the main contractor Wide Wall Constructions, RERA and DLD in order to reach the milestones required to re-open the Oqood System and the project Escrow Account.

Now the project is progressing under our supervision based on cash flow from the sale of units and the collection from existing clients.
