Palazzo Nani - Venice, Italy

Palazzo Nani is an historical and prestigious building of early XV century located in the hearth of Venice on Canareggio Canal. It is made up two bodies of building which form a “L” and delimit an internal court, a rarity in Venice.

Bought at a public auction by a private investor who conferred it upon a real estate fund managed by BNP Paribas REIM SGR p.A.

Being part of the Advisory Committee of this fund, Paolo Volani went through several options in order to decide the best use for the building and prepare a proper feasibility study. After long discussions with the fund board and the investors we opted for a hotel development and we appointed an engineering and architectural consultant to finalize the project. We also signed the management agreement with an international brand who will open a 5 stars hotel.
