Park View Tower - Jumeirah Village Circle

Park View Tower is a new residential tower of 19 floors made of 278 units with a construction area of around 440,000 Sq.ft that has just started in Jumeirah Village Circle.

Best Prime, acting as Client’s Representative for the Developer, took care of all the activities related to the development of the project: the selection and appointment of the main consultant National Engineering Bureau – NEB and the interior designer A++ as well as the tender of the enabling works to T.M.F. Euro Foundations that has completed the shoring works and the first excavation level at site. We have also appointed Engineering Construction & Reconstruction Company - CRC as main contractor of the project and the construction is progressing as scheduled at site.

We planned to hand over the building by the end of 2018.
