Judi Palace A & B - Dubai

Judi Palace A & B is a two-buildings residential project of 4 floors each for a total gross area of 129,220 Sq.ft. and 145 units.

The project was stopped in 2012 and under cancellation at the Dubai Land Department.

Best Prime reactivated the project at the end of 2014 thanks to a direct injection of money and the coordination of all the parties involved: the consultant Next Engineering Consultants, the main contractor New Valley Building Contracting, the concrete supplier Q.Mix Ready Mix Manufacturing, RERA and DLD.

After around 10 months we disinvested having reached the planned milestones of the construction and having normalized the progress based on the cash flow of the project.
