Paolo Volani dealt with the bulk sale of the whole residential portfolio owned by Assicurazioni Generali in Verona to a private investor consisting in four buildings of 300 units and 41,000 Sqm.

At the time of the acquisition the units were 95% rented so we proceed by offering the tenants to buy the apartments they were occupying. In the meanwhile we started refurbishing all the external and internal common areas of the building as well as all the apartments that time to time became vacant.

We set up an internal sales office to market the residential portfolio parcelled out unit by unit and we also cooperated with the local brokers. In few years the deal was closed with a sales value of more than 140 million Euro and a good profit for the investor.
